On instruction, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is not only facing disciplinary proceedings of the first respondent and also she is facing enquiry under Section 17(A) of Prevention of Corruption(Amendment) Act on the file of the Director of Vigilance and Anti Corruption on the same set of complaints. Therefore, now enquiry is pending with the file of the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department. Hence, the first respondent could not complete the disciplinary proceedings. 3. In view of the above, no contempt is made out against the respondents. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
