He filed suit for permanent injunction against the defendants/respondents who are the State and State authorities including Grampanchayat. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also filed an application for grant of temporary injunction in the suit. He submits that the defendants have filed their written statement and have also filed the objection/counter to the interim injunction application but the same is still pending and the respondents are threatening to demolish the subject property. 3. Considering the prayer in Civil Revision Petition as also the nature of the dispute, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. The suit was filed in the year 2023 along with application for temporary injunction. Learned Trial Court ought to have made efforts to expeditiously dispose of the temporary injunction matter. 4.
