Ms. Akshita Chauhan, DAG, Punjab, having been served an advance copy of the petition, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents. She has produced a copy of speaking order dated 27.06.2025 said to have been passed in deference to order dated 28.05.2025 and has also furnished the same to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as far as the present petition is concerned, no cause of action survives.
