The petitioner is claimant No.7. The claimant No.7 wanted to change the counsel and files an application by way of an affidavit, which is pending consideration before the concerned court. In the light of the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the concerned court to answer the application filed by the petitioner seeking change of counsel, within an outer limit of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
