The petitioner married the respondent on 26.11.2012. Thereafter due to difference of opinion, the respondent filed HMOP.NO.1724 of 2023, on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai seeking divorce. 3. The petitioner would submit that she is presently living at Elupur Village, Thiruvallur District and she has to travel 160 Kms., to attend the hearing at the Family Court, Chennai. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically as well as financially to come to Chennai for attending the hearing.
