Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 1809 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 143 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar. 3. On 30.12.2024, at about 10:25 p.m., Deoghar Cyber Police, on the basis of confidential information that several criminals had assembled in village Pathra and were making preparation for committing cyber offence, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co- accused persons. On search, two mobile phones and sim cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Special P.P. has submitted that the name of the victim has surfaced from which it appears that the petitioner had cheated him. 5. Mr. Rahul Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the statement of the victim has not been recorded in this case. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S.
