Present petition has been filed for issuance of direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the production of daughter of the petitioner, who has been missing for the last 24 hours, and for direction to respondents to trace her immediately and produce her before this Court from the illegal custody of respondent No.4. 2. Vide order dated 02.07.2025, notice in the present case was issued. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that the daugher of the petitioner and respondent No.4 are major and earlier both approached this Court by way of filing of CRWP-7146-2025 seeking protection to their life and liberty and the same was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2025. He further submits that statement of the alleged detenue, namely, Suhani was recorded through virtual mode on POOJA SHARMA 2025.08.08 10:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRWP-7009-2025 -2- 04.08.2025, wherein she deposed that she voluntarily married with Harnek Singh i.e. respondent No.4. 4.
