Petitioner was put under suspension vide order dated 17.01.2025. 3. According to learned counsel for petitioner no proper charge sheet was submitted and petitioner is not aware about status of inquiry, if any. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that charges were mentioned in suspension order and an Inquiry Officer was appointed. Petitioner submitted his reply and according to instructions, charge sheet was submitted on 11.07.2025 and now Disciplinary Authority will issue show cause notice alongwith inquiry report, if already not issued, within a period of two weeks. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will submit his reply to show cause notice as well as he further submits that all legal arguments including deficiency of process in inquiry, be kept open. 6. In aforesaid circumstances, since now disciplinary proceedings are at the stage of show cause notice, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case no cause notice is issued within a period of two weeks from today, or, if issued and after reply, disciplinary proceedings are not finally concluded within four weeks from the date of reply, the order of suspension shall be kept in abeyance, subject to disciplinary proceedings.
