Case No. 49 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024. 5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) Patna High Court CR. MISC.
