Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue positive nature of direction, directing the court below to decide the O.S. No. 706 of 2015 pending before the court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Allahabad inre; Manoj Kumar Verma & another Vs Sanjay Kumar Verma & anothers), filed by respondent/plaintiff within stipulated period passed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the respondents raised a preliminary objection that petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Matter Under Article 227 No.1861 of 2025, which was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 24.2.2025. 4. In view of Chapter XXII Rule 7 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same cause of relief is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
