The petitioner has challenged a show cause notice dated 25.06.2025 whereby he was called upon to show cause as regards alleged unlawful constructions having been raised by him on the spot within a period of one week. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, apart from raising other submissions, submits that the notice was not served upon the petitioner in appropriate time and, therefore, he could not respond to the same within the period of time, specified in the notice. 4. Considering the submissions made, we find that no order has been passed as yet against the petitioner and only a show cause notice has been issued to him which has to be responded to by the petitioner. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the following directions:- (i). The petitioner is directed to submit reply to the notice dated 25.06.2025 alongwith necessary enclosures within a period of ten days and no more time from today; (ii). In case the response is filed within the said period, the same shall be given due consideration and appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with law within next three weeks after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
