Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submit that in view of judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in T.M.A. Pai Foundation & others v. State of Karnataka & others, (2002) 8 SCC 481, the Chandigarh Administration vide notification dated 20.05.2013 has authorized first Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chandigarh to hear the appeals arising out of the disputes between Management and Staff of Recognized Private Schools (Aided/Un-aided), Private Colleges and Private Universities in U.T. Chandigarh. The dispute in question may be raised before the said Tribunal. The petitioners have efficacious alternative remedy.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach Educational Tribunal.
