The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 15 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 363,376, 504, 379/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 3 & 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 67b of the I.T. Act, 2008, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7807 of 2024 by order dated 11.12.2024. 4. It is alleged that on 27.04.2024, the petitioner Arun Singh lured the victim to accompany him to Dobo Dam, where he raped her. 5. Statement of the victim has been recorded during the trial, in which she has stated that petitioner Arun Singh has not established physical relationship with her. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S.
