1. The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.60 dated 27.05.2025, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2) (added later on), 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.
3. Learned State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by
learned counsel for the petitioners and, on instructions from SI Sulakhan Ram further submits that the petitioners are not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation.
4. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 04.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
