Case No. 78 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 64(1) / 351(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the victim on the promise of marriage. Later, father of the petitioner refused to solemnize their marriage. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to marry the victim, but his family members are not inclined to solemnize their marriage. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Tarhasi P.S.
