Issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to issue the Degree Certificate of 5 year B.A., LL.B. (Major-Minor System) (80-20 Pattern) in favour of the Petitioner; ii. Issue such other writs or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case; iii. Allow the Writ Petition in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, the respondent has dispatched the degree certificate of 5 Year B.A., LL.B. (Major- Minor System) (80-20 Pattern) in favour of the petitioner by way of registered post, which was however not received by the petitioner since the same was collected by some unknown person. It is therefore submitted that the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to approach the respondent - University ventilating his grievance. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent - University submits that the respondent had already dispatched - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39735 WP No. 26411 of 2025 the degree certificate to the postal address mentioned/given by the petitioner and that in the event the petitioner approaches the respondent - University once again the respondent University will address the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to approach the respondent - University ventilating his grievance by way of a written representation along with relevant documents. If the petitioner submits such a representation as stated supra, the respondent shall address the grievance of the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
