Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, for, the order dated 10.10.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court was complied with and a speaking order dated 06.09.2019 was passed which is on record as Annexure R-1.

Learned counsel further submits that the entire work stands completed and the Chambers already stand occupied by the Advocates.
