The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 6.5.2024 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh in Maintenance Case No. 1828 of 2024 (Smt. Poonam Vs. Shailesh) under section 125 Cr.P.C. police station Delhi Gate, District Aligarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the instant application has been filed against the interim order of maintenance dated 6.5.2024 but now vide order dated 9.6.2025 the final order has been passed in the proceedings under section 125 Cr.P.C. and the application under section 125 Cr.P.C. has already been rejected by the family Court. In view thereof the instant petition has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as such. 4. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
