JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80, 238, and 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, informant alleged that the marriage of her daughter was solmenized with co- accused Jitendra Sah in the year 2018 and thereafter she went to her sasural. After some time of marriage, these petitioners Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62923 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/3 along with other co-accused persons harassed and tortured the informant for the demand of dowry and finally due to non- fulfillment of the same, the accused persons killed the daughter of informant. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner No. 2 is mother- in-law and petitioner no. 3 is brother-in-law of the deceased. They are simply victim of over implications. They are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of couple. Specific accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition. 6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 215 of 2025, subject to the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
