It is the contention of the petitioner that under the registered sale dated 20.03.2025 executed by Sri M.R.Narayana and Sri M.R.Prakash, the Kathedars, in respect of Survey No.141 of Indumangala Village, Lakkur Hobli, Malur Taluk, Kolar District, where the Kathedars have sold the entire extent of 5 acres 15 quntas in favour of the petitioner, when the petitioner sought for mutation and revenue entries in the name of the petitioner, the Tahsildar has not passed any orders till date. 3. Having regarding to the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent-Tahsildar to consider the representation given by the petitioner to enter his name in the RTC by virtue of the sale deed dated 20.03.2025, in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35823 WP No. 27357 of 2025 accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
