JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA ORDER 28.05.2025 1. Heard Mr. D. Ullah, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 218/2025 dated 29.04.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, by order dated 17.02.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 3. As the charge sheet has been laid in this case, and as the petitioners have co-operated in the investigation and have complied with the directions of this Court, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners, by order dated 17.02.2025 is hereby made absolute. 4.
