This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to issue an ad interim mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities i.e. respondent no.2 to comply/implement the order in letter and sprit dated 05.09.2024 rendered by the respondent no.2 in Case No.10188 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202402030310188 styled as (Smt. Krishna Devi Versus Uma Shankar and others), Under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue code- 2006, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended that despite the order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 having been passed in the year 2024, the same has not been complied with till date. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expeditiously comply the order passed on 05.09.2024 in Case No.10188 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202402030310188). As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2 to comply the order passed on 05.09.2024 under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Case No.10188 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202402030310188), if there is no legal impediment, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
