By this petition, petitioners herein have alleged non-compliance of the order dated 24.01.2024, whereby the writ petition bearing No. WP(C) 136/2024 was disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner No.2 for appointment under SRO 43 of 1994 within four weeks time, in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated at Bar that the order passed by this court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced order No. 12 DCB of 2025-26 dated 12.07.2025, whereby sanction has been accorded to the temporary appointment of the petitioner as Class-IV/MTS.
