It is the contention of the petitioner that at the instigation of the private respondents, police are interfering with the possession of the petitioner. Hence, this petition. 3. Whereas, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that FIR is registered in Cr.No.112/2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(1), 448, 406 & 420 of IPC. 4. Such view of the matter, with regard to the civil dispute, police have no right to interfere, hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute except the law and order issue. 5.
