The petitioners have come up with a prayer that the Board be directed to decide Revision No. 2771 of 2024, Laxman and another v. State of U.P. through Collector, Kaushambi and others, under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period of time. 2. This Court directed the Board to submit a report regarding status of proceedings on 14.07.2025 and 28.07.2025. Very quaintly, the said Revision has been withdrawn by the petitioners, pending before the Board, on 04.08.2024. A report in this case regard, along with a copy of the order, has been submitted to us by the Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj through the Registrar (Compliance). 3. The report dated 11.08.2025 and the order withdrawing it dated 04.08.2025 is enclosed. Let the report and the order be retained on record. 4.
