(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus ordering the release of minor daughter Pareesha Khanna aged 10 months from the illegal custody of respondents No.7 to 9 by appointing a Warrant Officer to secure the release of detenue. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre and both the parties have amicably resolved their dispute by way of agreement dated 24.07.2025. He submits that the petitioner has voluntarily given the custody of her daughter to respondents No.7 to 9 and settlement has been arrived for a payment of Rs.7.5 lacs to be paid to the petitioner in three instalments. He further submits that in view of the agreement, the present petition be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
