ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 4 24-01-2025 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent Bank have stated that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.10.2024 the Bank officials have unfreeze the account of the petitioner and permitted him to operate the account. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the amount involved in the alleged cyber crime is only Rs. 844/- Patna High Court CWJC No.14642 of 2024(4) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 and the petitioner cannot be put to hardship by freezing his entire bank account. Learned counsel has stated that he has no objection if a lien over an amount of Rs. 844/- is put by the Bank and the petitioner is permitted to operate the Bank account. 3. Though notices have been served on Respondent Nos. 2,3 and 4, till date no vakalatnama have been filed on their behalf nor they appear in person. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank has stated that they will abide by the orders passed by this Court. 5. Having regard to the same, the interim order passed by this Court on 23.10.2024 is confirmed and the authorities are directed to put a lien over an amount of Rs. 844/- and permit the petitioner to operate the Bank account without any hurdle.. 6.
