Khataniar, learned counsel has placed on record an order dated 20.06.2025 issued by the Elementary Education, Assam, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for provincialization of their services in pursuance to the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2024 in WP(C).No.436/2024. On perusal of the order dated 20.06.2025, this Court is of the considered view that the directions passed vide the said order has been substantially complied with. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands closed. The notices issued stand recalled. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to assail the order dated 20.06.2025, in Page No.# 3/3 accordance with law. A copy of the order dated 20.06.2025 is kept on record and mark as ‘X’.
