Under section 176 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that Restoration Application dated 05.07.2019 filed by petitioner for recalling the order dated 25.01.2019 passed by respondent по. 2 in Case No. 211/2015 Computerized Case No. T2015054403211 (Bunela rai and others Verses Kapildev Rai and others) under section 176 of U.P.Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide Restoration Application dated 05.07.2019 filed by petitioner for recalling the order dated 25.01.2019 passed by respondent по. 2 in Case No. 211/2015 Computerized Case No. T2015054403211 (Bunela rai and others Verses Kapildev Rai and others) under section 176 of U.P.Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
