This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the final assessment order dated January 20, 2025. 3. In the present case, final assessment order having been passed, we are not inclined to intervene in the matter at this stage. 4. In light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appeal against the final assessment order dated January 20, 2025 under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. In the event such an appeal is filed within two weeks from date, the authority concerned is directed to hear and decide the appeal expeditiously, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
