This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 26.03.1997 passed by the then Tehsildar Sayana in suit no. 56/1995 (annexure no. 2 to the writ petition). II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not to give affect the aforesaid impugned judgment and order dated 26.03.1997." The order under challenge is of the year 1997 passed by the Tehsildar in Suit No.56 of 1995. As the order under challenge was passed 28 years back, the present writ petition cannot be entertained at such a belated stage. Moreover, the order passed by Tehsildar is revisable.
