(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to exempt the petitioner from passing the Departmental Examination under the garb of power of relaxation vested in the Government of Haryana under Rule 19 read with Rule 11 of the Haryana Forest Department State Service Group (B) Rules, 1980. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent -authorities are directed to consider the case of the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.
