Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.48 dated 11.03.2024, under Section 376 of IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act 2012, registered at Police Station Jhunir, District Mansa (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel representing State has already filed status report through Registry, which is taken on record. Copy of the same is furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. 3. After arguing for some time when learned counsel for petitioner realized that he will not get favourable order, he states that he does not want to pursue the present regular bail petition and accordingly withdraws the same. 4. In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
