(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.25 of 2024, under Sections 420, 120-B, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station Cyber Thana, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. In Case Crime No. 25 of 2024, Police Station Cyber Thana, District Dehradun, this Court has passed bail order in BA1 No.1639 of 2024 on 14.02.2025. In the same case crime number, three bail applications were decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 09.05.2025. 4. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1639 of 2024, was rejected on 17.02.2025. 2 5. It is the case of the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, have already been granted bail by this Court in BA1 No.1396 of 2024, and connected bail applications. 6. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 7. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 8. The bail application is allowed. 9. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
