01. The record reveals that this Court vide order dated 16th May, 2025 directed the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner to produce the application submitted by the petitioner for attestation of mutation for inheritance.
02. Mr. A. H. Naik, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that he had filed an application before this Court, which was registered as CM (3665/2025), which has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 30th June, 2025, and the document accompanying the said application has been taken on record.
03. When confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he would feel satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on 23rd May, 2025, within some reasonable time frame, to which Mr. Bikramdeep Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, who appeared on the asking of the Court, has no objection, provided the same is directed to be accorded
consideration in accordance with rules and as per law occupying the field.
04. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record.
05. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the threshold and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on 23rd May, 2025, and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this
order, along with a copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the applicable rules and the law. The order of consideration which is
likely to be passed by the respondent No. 2 be communicated to the petitioner through registered post.
06. Writ petition disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner indicated above.
