Mr. Amit Kapri, Advocate for respondent Nos. 5 to 7. 2. Petitioner was employed as a teacher in General B.C. Joshi, Army Public School, Pithoragarh, District Pithoragarh. He was terminated from service by the management of the concerned school. Reportedly, termination order has been stayed by court of competent jurisdiction. 3. In this writ petition, petitioner contends that there is grave threat to his life, therefore he is not in a position to visit Pithoragarh. He has sought a direction to the S.S.P. and S.H.O. Pithoragarh, to provide adequate security to him. 4. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that there is no real threat to the life of the petitioner. He however assures the Court that as and when petitioner approaches SHO concerned for protection, his request shall be considered as per law. 5. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to approach the SHO police station concerned, whenever he feels that there is 2025:UHC:1304-DB real threat to his life and liberty.
