[2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “i. (i) Issue Rule upon the Respondents to show as to why a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or order/orders and/or direction/directions of like nature shall not be issued wehereby directing the Respondents to release pension and pay all service benefits to which the Petitioner would have been entitled. (ii) Make the Rules absolute. (iii) Call for records.” [3] After perusal of the record, it is seen that the petitioner herein submitted a demand notice dated 29.10.2024 through his engaged counsel addressed to the respondents ventilating his hardships to which a reply letter dated 06.11.2024 has been issued by Joint Director, Director of Secondary Education, Govt. of Tripura addressed to the Treasury Officer, Agartala Treasury No.1 regarding release of pension and all service benefits in respect of the petitioner which is un-attended till now. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the demand notice dated 29.10.2024 and subsequent reply letter dated 06.11.2024 within a period of 03(three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
