The present application has been filed by applicants for quashing the impugned N.B.W. order dated 11.11.2024 issued by A.C.J.M.-1, Agra and chargesheet No. 204/2022 dated 15.06.2022 & cognizance/summoning order dated 15.10.2022 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-II, Agra as well as entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 13899 of 2022 "State Vs Ajay Deep Singh and others" arising out of Case Crime No. 0556 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 509 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Jagdishpura, District- Agra, pending before the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Agra. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants states that he may be permitted to withdraw this application filed under Section 528 BNSS with liberty to file bail application before the court below. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants. 5. Under the circumstances, the present application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to approach the court concerned for bail. In order to enable the applicants to approach the court concerned for bail, for a period of 15 days, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. In case, the bail application is preferred by the applicants before the court concerned, the court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. 6.
