Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the similar Awards challenged by the petitioner by filing CWP No. 17736 of 2022, CWP No. 17750 of 2022 and CWP No. 17801 of 2022 have already been dismissed by this Court on 03.02.2025 hence, the relief which has already been granted to the similarly situated employees needs to be extended to the respondent No. 1-workmen herein as well.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to dispute that the issue raised in the present petitions has already been decided while deciding the writ petitions, the details of which have been mentioned here- in-before and the similar claim of the petitioner has already been dismissed.
4. Keeping in view the said un-controverted fact, the present petitions are also dismissed in terms of the order passed in CWP No. 17736 of 2022 decided on 03.02.2025.
