Learned counsel for the parties are present. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: - “A. In the nature of certiorari for qhasing of notice/order dated 31.07.2024 along with the order dated 08.02.2025 (Annexire-8) in Land Ceiling Case no. 03/2022 passed by the Respondent no. 3 whereby and whereunder the respondent no. 3 has directed the petitioner to execute the sale deed in favour to the respondent no. 5 and further directed the respondent no. 5 to submit the draft copy of Sale Deed in compliance to order 2025: JHHC: 14067 2 dated 16.11.2023 passed by the respondent no. 2 in Land Ceiling Appeal no. 03/2022 whereby respondent no. 2 has set aside the order dated 24.01.2022 passed in Land Ceiling Case no. 01/2020-21 pertaining to land of Mauza-Dalpatdih. Than no. 106. Khata no. 11 Plot no. 373 area 5 decimal including constructed house. And/or B. Further prays for grant of staying the operation of notice/order dated 31.07.2024 along with order dated 08.02.2025 (Annexure-8) passed by the respondent no. 3 in Land Ceiling case no. 03/2022 till the functioning of the Member Board of Revenue Jharkhand at Ranchi. And/or C. Pass such other relief/reliefs as your lordship may think proper to do this petitioner for conscionable justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. He submits that he has already invoked statutory remedy before the Member Board of Revenue and he may be permitted to pursue his remedy as may be permissible under law. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to the prayer made for withdrawal. 5. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Withdrawal of this writ petition will not prejudice the case of one or the other party with regards to availing the statutory remedy as per law. 7. Pending I.A., if any, is closed.
