Bupen Basumatary has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for his pre-arrest bail in Special POCSO Case No. 05/2023, arising out of Rangapara Police Station Case No. 93/2024, registered under Sections 74/75(2) BNS, 2023 read with Section 10 of the POCSO Act, 1985. 3) On instruction of the petitioner, his counsel Mr. S. C. Biswas is not pressing this pre- arrest bail application filed by the petitioner in Special POCSO Case No. 05/2023, arising out of Rangapara Police Station Case No. 93/2024, to which B.
