Learned State counsel assures the Court that the representation dated 01.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners will be decided within three days from the date of its receipt as per the notification No.12/252/2023-4HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Government of Haryana. In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Prayer is accepted. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to file appeal as is stipulated in the standard operating procedures as per law, in case of any grievance left after passing of speaking order.
