Sr. No.14 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR CCP(D)/21/2023 IN [OWP/1862/2018] NASIR AHMAD BAZAZ …Petitioner(s)/appellant(s) Through: Mr. Sahil Kachroo, Advocate Vs. BASHIR AHMAD BHAT AND OTHERS (owp matter) ...Respondent(s) Through: Ms. Maha Majeed, Assisting Counsel vice Mr. Illyas Nazir Laway, GA CORAM: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE O R D E R 04-06-2025 Learned counsel for the respondents has shared with us a copy of the office order dated 23-04-2025 passed by J&K Lake Conservation and Management Authority which is retained on record as mark “X”. A copy thereof has been shared with the counsel for the petitioner. A bare analysis of the order referred to above reveals that claim of the Abdul Azeez Bhat was minutely examined. But in the absence of site/key plan/revenue extracts/architectural drawings etc., the Building Permission Authority expressed its inability to determine the claim of the Abdul Azeez Bhat for compounding/regularizing the violation/unauthorized constructions. Accordingly, the representation submitted by him was rejected. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantiative remains in this petition and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly. (RAJNESH OSWAL) (ARUN PALLI) JUDGE CHIEF JUSTICE SRINAGAR 04-06-2025 Aamir
