The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gawan P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 87/96/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 9/10/11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, pending in the Court of Sri Mahboob Alam, learned J.M.F.C, Giridih. 3. The victim Supriya Kumari was married to co-accused Nitish Prasad by her paternal aunt Anita Devi. 4. It was submitted that allegation against the petitioner is that he was present at the time of their marriage. It was further submitted that co-accused namely Nitish Kumar and Anita Devi have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mahboob Alam, learned J.M.F.C, Giridih or his successor in connection with Gawan P.S.
