The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Patiyali, District Kasganj to decide the application dated 26.03.2025 expeditiously. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that Fair Price Shop License of the petitioner has been suspended by the respondent No.2 vide order dated 14.08.2024 on the ground that a criminal case being Case Crime No.272 f 2024 under Sections 75, 352, 351(3) 65(2) and 127 of B.N.S and 5/6 of POCSO Act was lodged against the petitioner and he was sent to jail in connection with the aforesaid criminal case. It is argued that in the aforesaid criminal case, the petitioner was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2025 and immediately thereafter, he moved an application on 26.03.2025 before the respondent No.2 for recall of the suspension order dated 14.08.2024, copy of the same is appended as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decison in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case,the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Patiyali, District Kasganj to decide the application dated 26.03.2025 most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks strictly in accordance with law from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
