ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent NO.6 in not taking a decision on the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.02.2019, pursuant to the directions of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.42389 of 2018 dated 22.02.2019 and the action of the respondents No.7,9 to 11 in harassing the petitioner in making him to come to police station almost every day, abusing him and ill-treating him for nothing, to wreak vengeance against him, is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 6th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.02.2019, which was served on him on 28.02.2019 immediately within a period of one week and also direct respondent No.7,9 to 11, not to harass the petitioner by calling him to police station unnecessarily without there being any notice, to settle their old scores and pass…”

Sri B.Surya Chandra, learned Counsel representing Sri N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance. 4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
