The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024, corresponding to S.T. Case No.16 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 323/306/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I at Pakur. On 14.03.2024 at about 12:00 noon, the deceased Madhav Das committed suicide due to humiliation meted out to him by co-accused Dashrath Ray and the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main allegation of humiliating the deceased was against co-accused Dashrat Ray @ Dashrath Ray, who has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 5436/2024. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I at Pakur, in connection with Pakuria P.S.
