Cr.MP (M) No. 479/2025 By medium of this application, the applicant- State has sought condonation of delay of 7 days, that has crept up in filing of the main appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit of the Additional Chief Secretary (Home) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, we find sufficient cause to condone the delay.
