The perusal of the present writ petition reveals that a civil suit has already been filed by the petitioners against the private respondent wherein an application for implementation of order passed by the learned Special Mobile Magistrate, Pulwama, through police has been filed and the learned Special Mobile Magistrate, Pulwama, has also directed the police to implement the order in letter and spirit. 2. Once the civil court is seized of the matter, this Court does not deem it proper to entertain the present petition, as such, leave the petitioners free to approach the civil court for redressal of their grievances in accordance with law. 3.
