This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(1). शददय नययययलय दयरय परमयददश पकक तत मम आददश, अथवय तनदरश पयररत कर तवपकक ससखयय 1 ( अपर आययक (पशयसन) पययगरयज मणडल पययगरयज) कक तनदरतशत तकयय जयवद तक अपकलयथर दयरय पसतयत (तवचयरयधकन) अपकल ससखयय 1427/2022, कमपययटरककक त बयद ससखयय C 202202000001427, बमयकदमय अमकत लयल बनयम इनद महकहन आतद, अनतगरत धयरय 24 (4) उतर पददश रयजसव ससतहतय 2006, पर यथय शकघ सयनवयई हदतय उतचत आजय पयररत तकयद जयनद हदतय आजय पयररत तकयद जयनद कक अनयकमपय कक जयवम ।" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, an appeal has been preferred under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is pending consideration before respondent no. 1 since 2022. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 1 to decide the Appeal No. 1427/2022, Computer Case No. C202202000001427, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
